About ARTFCT

ARTFCT manages merchandise projects and online stores for creators and brands, covering clothing, collectibles and other physical products.

The business is currently run by one person. This role will take ownership of everyday operations, allowing the owner to focus on product ideas, creative direction, client relationships and new business.

The role

You’ll take projects on from an agreed brief, organise what needs to happen and manage their ongoing operation.

That includes the practical work, routine administration and follow-ups, along with establishing and maintaining the systems behind them. As new projects come on, you’ll help get them operational and keep them running.

Responsibilities include:

The responsibility continues after a system is introduced or a project launches. You’ll make sure it remains useful, accurate and properly maintained.

About you

Experience in merchandise, e-commerce, physical products or overseas manufacturing would be useful.

Working arrangements

Remote or hybrid in Melbourne, with regular overlap with Melbourne business hours.

Initially part-time, with workload, priorities and hours agreed together. The role may expand as the workload increases.

Salary will reflect relevant experience and demonstrated operational and automation capability.
